Wenceslao González‐Manteiga, Professor of Statistics and Operation Research, University of Santiago de Compostela, Spain, has been named Fellow of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics (IMS). An induction ceremony took place July 31 at the Joint Statistics Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland.
